With these ingredients, in a total of 30-45 minutes, your favourite gingerbread cake with a healthy twist is ready for some 6-8 serves!

How to make low sugar gingerbread cake?

  • You need to preheat your oven to 350°F/180°C. 

  • Take 8*8 inch square pan and line it with parchment paper and keep it aside.

  • Next, add your dry ingredients - almond flour, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg and a pinch of salt.
